CAN A VESSEL EVER TAKE CONTROL?
No, It’s highly unlikely that a vessel can overpower a Voidsent and take back control.
HOW LONG IS A VOIDSENTS LIFESPAN?
Voidsents themselves have an unknown lifespan, however a vessel still has a normal lifespan. Due to this, once a vessel dies the voidsent must find a new vessel.
CAN A VOIDSENT CHANGE VESSELS?
Most voidsents stick with their vessel once they have acquired it. However, if a vessel dies the voidsent must find a new vessel or face fading away into non-existence. Voidsent cannot survive in the natural world without a vessel.
ARE VOIDSENTS INHERENTLY EVIL?
Not necessarily. Voidsents have the capability to make their own decisions much like a human.
DO VOIDSENTS HAVE A TRUE FORM AND CAN THEY SHOW IT?
Yes, every Voidsent has a true form and the choice of when they wish to show it.
ARE VOIDSENTS BASICALLY JUST SPIRITS?
Not quite. At one point they were, but overtime in the void they changed into something completely their own.
WHAT DOES VOIDFIRE LOOK LIKE?
Voidfire looks Like regular fire, except that it has a blue coloring to it.
DOES VOIDFIRE FEEL DIFFERENT THEN NORMAL FIRE?
Voidfire is stronger than normal fire and has the ability to burn faster, hotter, and deeper than normal fire.
DOES MY BACKSTORY NEED TO EXPLAIN MY VOIDSENT OR MY VESSEL?
Both. Once a Voidsent takes over a vessel, they try to maintain that vessel's identity. You'd want to include how the vessel got to the point of being possessed, and as much as you can about both.
DOES A VOIDSENT HAVE ACCESS TO THE POWERS OF A MAGI THEY POSSESS?
No. The soul, along with any powers are locked away once a Voidsent takes over it's vessel.
WOULD MY CHARACTER GO BY THE VESSELS NAME OR THEIR OWN?
Your character would mostly go by the vessel’s name, but those you trust might know your real one.
CAN A VOIDSENT GET INTOXICATED?
Yes. Voidsents can experience the same effects that a normal human would as their vessel does.
